Return & Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges unless the sunglasses arrive damaged. If this occurs, please contact us immediately via email at contact@perfecthaze.com. Returns should be sent to:

Returns must be received at our offices within 10 days after delivery. Please forward the tracking number once mailed. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been received.

Please Note:

– The original invoice must accompany returns.

– Any item that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. The tag(s) and label(s) must remain in intact.

– Perfect Haze reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the return requirements in Perfect Haze’s sole discretion.

– We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit
